ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The WILL program assists you in tapping into your inner strengths, growing your confidence in your life and leadership capabilities.

The program helps you in uncovering and overcoming the blockers of your own success moving you on to the possibilities. In the program we allow ourselves to suspend judgement of ourselves and others, taking steps towards emerging new thought and behaviour patterns.
Women are naturally empathetic and intuitive and WILL dives into these amazing strengths helping women enhance the incorporation of these untapped talents in order to operate as an Authentic Whole – better performing as a Leader and in their Personal Life.

“A strong woman understands that the gifts such as logic, decisiveness, and strength are just as feminine as intuition and emotional connection. She values and uses all of her gifts.” - Nancy Rathburn

The WILL program is underpinned by the Theory U – developed in 1968 by two Doctors in the Netherlands and is currently used extensively around the world by many organisations. Theory U talks about “Expanding the Inner Place from which we operate.” WILL assists individuals to focus on this self-reflection.
The retreat program format is residential over two days, supported by Facilitators who are experts in current Leadership Practices and Practitioners who work on enhancing the thinking processes and relaxation techniques. The program is flexible and can be delivered as bespoke development for organisations.

As part of the program to help you in assessing your current thinking style we offer, prior to the program, a Lifestyle Inventory Assessment which is accompanied by feedback and coaching by Accredited Coaches.
If you feel that you would like to explore your self-imposed blockers to you operating at your full capacity, then WILL is able to assist you in understanding how to open your Mind, Heart and Will towards performing at your highest desired levels in life, achieving the self-confidence of an Empress.
